Achieve Therapy and Fitness provides outpatient Physical Therapy services for people suffering from chronic pain conditions; back pain and sciatica; shoulder pain; elbow, wrist, and shoulder pain; arthritis; neurological disorders; headaches and neck pain; TMJ; pre and post surgical rehab; work injury, functional work assessments, and work conditioning/hardening; hip, knee, ankle, and foot pain; sport injury rehab; and many other conditions. In addition to our Physical Therapy, we also provide Sports Medicine and Athletic Training services to area schools and organizations. We sell durable medical equipment (DME)such as knee braces, ankle braces & custom foot orthotics.
Out fitness center offers group exercise classes such as yoga, pilates, step aerobics & group cycling. We also provide special classes for senior citizens that will help with strength, balance & flexibility. Personal training is available for sports performance, injury prevention, endurance, strength and speed. Members have access to our online nutrition program to help aid in weight management & weight loss.
